PRODUCT FEATURES:

The Explosion-proof portable axial flow fan is primarily applicable to Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous environments,
including Class IIA and IIB T1-T4 explosive gas or dust atmospheres under 50Hz AC power supply with rated voltages
of 220V/380V.
In the circuit, it is used for ventilation and air renewal in workshops, warehouses and laboratories.
Explosion-proof type has the advantages of reliable explosion-proof performance, large air volume, high air pressure,
energy saving and so on. It has been inspected and qualified by the national explosion-proof electrical equipment
inspection unit, and has obtained the explosion-proof qualification certificate.
The structure design of this fan is firm, reliable, beautiful and durable. It is portable and equipped with high-quality
motors, which are suitable for various confined space places such as tunnels, underground waterways, shipyards,
oil tanks and so on.
The fan can be equipped with an extended air guide pipe to deliver and suck air. The air guide pipe can be extended
and folded, with a length of 5 meters, 10 meters to 100 meters, which is convenient for carrying.
The unit primarily consists of components including the impeller, wind turbine, handle, explosion-proof switch, and
motor, with the impeller directly connected to the motor. All metal parts feature high-pressure surface powder coating
for static dissipation, while external fasteners are made of stainless steel. The wind turbine can be customized
according to customer requirements, offering options such as high-voltage models, portable push-wheel
configurations, and 304 material applications.
