Automatic Battery charger for Lifeboat

The lifeboat electrical system includes 2 set of batteries of 12V each, an isolation change-over switch (SJ-SW), and a combined power-distribution switch (control panel SJ-CP). The Isolation switch control the powder distributed to boat engine, by a selection of 12V single/12V dual or 24V, while the power-distribution control panel distribute the powder to different equipment like the compass, the Cabin light, the positioning light and the portable lifeboat searchlight.
Our CD4212 battery charger is designed to charge the lifeboats automatically at lifeboat deck. When it detected the batteries are low, it will start to charge automatically, and it stops when the batteries are fully-charged

In case the battery is lower than 13.3V, it will start to charge at 5A indicated by Green light. After the battery reaches to 14.5V, the charger will stop charging and start monitoring, the indicator lamp turns to yellow color.

Operation Instruction:
1）Always connect the batteries first before connecting to input power 42V/AC
2）Always connect the Positive Pole (RED wire) and Negative Pole (BLUE/GREEN Wire) correctly.
3）It is strictly forbidden to connect the battery to the input terminal of the charger
4）Can charge one battery individually, or charge multiple batteries in series connection
5）In case both the GREEN/YELLOW lights flash by turns, it indicates the battery fault, please test your battery
