I. Product features

1. The explosion-proof type of this light is flameproof or dust explosion-proof, and is suitable for floodlighting in gas or dust explosion hazardous areas.

2. The light is mainly composed of a flameproof light source cavity, an inlet cavity and a Built-in encapsulated driver.

3. The light housing is made of aluminum alloy die-casting, and the outer surface of the light is sprayed with polyester powder.

4. The large-area fin radiator has a significant heat dissipation effect, which effectively reduces the LED junction temperature and prolongs the service life of the light source.

5. The light adopts tempered glass translucent cover which has high light transmittance and good impact resistance.

6. The light has the advantages of small volume, good corrosion resistance, high luminous efficiency, wide illumination range and durability.

7. The light has three average beam angles of 90° or 45° PC lens and 110° (no lens) for users to choose.

8. The joints of the lights are equipped with rubber seals to improve the protection performance of the lights which made the lights suitable for use in wet or outdoor explosion hazardous places.

9. The light has simple structure, high strength, and safe and reliable explosion-proof performance.

10. The light is bracket type, suitable for seat type, wall type or pole type installation. Lights of 120W and above power can be equipped with street light pole installation pipe sleeve, suitable for street light pole installation (see installation diagram).

This light is suitable for LED light source which has the advantages of energy saving, long service life, high luminous efficiency and good shock resistance, and is maintenance-free for a long time. The light can be used at a strong vibration environment after shockproof treatment. (If the user has anti-shock requirements, it should be stated when ordering).
